We finally have good news to report for both brothers. Matt is finally a CPA and Danny has a good job offer! Last week Danny got an offer with an insurance company. He'll start as a claims adjuster and hopefully be able to transition into doing insurance fraud investigations, which is his real interest. They're starting him at a salary more than 30 percent higher than his current salary so that's a nice added bonus. Plus, the match on his 401K is pretty nice.
Then on Friday we got the news that Matt had passed his fourth and final exam to become a CPA (or CPASS as Danny prefers to call it) just in time for tax season. The family breathed a collective sigh of relief and we hope this will translate into more money for Matt as well.
So congrats to both of the brothers. And don't screw it up.
